dAV CR-4K
Camera
The dAV-Cr-4K camera is used for visual and acoustic monitoring of
test objects during EMC tests. It has, among other things, a built-in
mono microphone and can be adjusted with buttons on the back of the
housing or by remote control from the control room. The 4K resolution
enables high-quality DUT evaluation. Due to the optical signal
transmission and the shielded housing, the camera is ideally suited
for EMI and EME tests. 4K Resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. (8.41
million effective pixels)

dAV CR-HD Camera
The dAV-Cr-HD camera can be used for the
optical and acoustical monitoring of devices under test during EMC
measurements. It has an integrated mono microphone and can be set via
an external set-up LCD and eight buttons on the case or via remote
control from the control room. Because of the HD-resolution, high
quality DUT surveillance can be done. With the optical transmission
and the shielded case, the camera is well equipped for EMI and EME
tests. high definition camera dAV-Cr-HD mounted on pan/tilt unit
PT-03.
The camera system dAV-Cr-HD (r =
remote) is be default equipped with the option for remote control.
Therefore, all settings and functions can be controlled via the
receiver dAV-Rr (dAV-R with the option -r).

dAV Cr-HD-mini camera
The dAV-Cr-HD-mini camera can be used
for the optical and acoustical monitoring of devices under test during
EMC measurements. It has an integrated mono microphone and can be
remote controlled via fiber from the receiver in the control room.
Because of its miniature size and the HD-resolution, high quality DUT
surveillance can be done at locations with limited space, e.g. GTEM
cells, cars, etc.
The dimensions are approx. 135mm x
86mm x 65mm.
With the optical transmission and the
shielded case, the camera is well equipped for EMI and EME tests. No
PC needed for display!

dAV Cr-HD-µ Mini Camera
The extra small camera dAV-Cr-HD-µ can
be used for the optical monitoring of devices under test during EMC
measurements. It has
especially been developed for restricted space applications
(dimensions approx. 30 x 30 x 110mm) and can be remote controlled from
the control room (digital zoom, integrated short range LED and so on).
The mini camera is compatible to our existing HD system and can be
connected as any other camera (camera channel needed). Because of the
HD-resolution, high quality DUT surveillance is possible. With the
optical transmission and the shielded case, the camera is well
equipped for EMI and EME tests.

Infrared camera opto-LWIR
The infrared camera opto-LWIR was
developed specifically for use with EMC tests.
Fire Detection, Prevention
and Protection! While
testing with high field strengths with directional antennas an
overload of the DUT or the absorbers can be detected early to minimize
or prevent any damage or danger!
A perfect example of the usefulness
of the opto-LWIR is: If you
are testing a vehicle, it is better to spot a hot spot developing on a
tire before a fire starts!
Avoid damaging your EUT and Chamber
by detecting "Hot Spots" early!
Features
• The
opto-LWIR camera is enclosed in an aluminum housing and is also
available in an IP 44 version (suitable for OATS).
• The IR
picture of the DUT is transmitted with max. 60 fps in a measuring
range of -20°C to +150°C.
• The temperature deviation is less
than +/- 2.5°C.
• Optics and resolution (640-480 and
384-288 resp.) are customized.
• The
transmission of the receiver to the PC is via an USB 3.0 interface (IR
data) and Ethernet (temperature sensors and camera control).
The opto-LWIR software can show POIs
(Points Of Interest) as well as up to 20 denied ROIs (Region Of
Interest) with adjustable temperature range can be displayed
simultaneously.
dAV Cr-SD Camera
The dAV-C / dAV-R system system can be
used for the optical and acoustical monitoring of devices under test
during EMC measurements. The dAV-Cr-SD camera has an integrated
microphone and can be set via an external set-up LCD and eight buttons
on the case or via (optional) remote control at the receiver. One
field of application is the monitoring of dash-boards or displays in
vehicles ALCs (wall mount application) during EMC-tests. With the
optical transmission and the shielded case, the camera is well
equipped for EMI and EME tests.
In the version dAV-Cr-SD (dAV-C-SD
with the option -r = remote) all settings and functions can be
controlled via the receiver dAV-Rr (dAV-R with the option -r).

dAV-Rxx - receiver in table top housing
The basic version of the dAV
receivers is the dAV-R which has an integrated loudspeaker with
adjustable volume, an output for stereo transmission, and cinch
connectors for Line OUT und Video OUT. The receiver can be ordered
in table top housing or for 19″ rack mounting. An optional VGA
output and an internal power supply are available.

dAV-R dAV-Rr - receiver
in 19″ case dAV-receiver in 19″ case The dAV-Rr is a multiple channel receiver
for the optical and acoustical monitoring of devices under test in
the investigation of electromagnetic compatibility. Cameras
(dAV-C), acoustical transmitters (dAV-T), or intercoms (dAV-TRX)
can be used with this device. Depending on the ordered
configuration cameras and pan/tilt-units can be operated by
remote.
One area of application is the
monitoring of complete EMC-cabins and of vehicles with the help of
several cameras. The video signals can be displayed on monitors or
stored on a video recorder.
With the optional external remote
control dAV-Rrc-joy all functions of the cameras and pan/tilt
units can be remotely controlled. This is particularly useful when
the receiver dAV-Rr is mounted in a 19" rack and you would like to
have a comfortable remote control from your desk.
The receiver is compatible to
many devices in the dAV series.

dAV-Rxx - receiver with up to 8 channels in a 19″ case
The AV receiver dAV-Rxx is a
multichannel receiver with up to 8 optical inputs for cameras
(dAV-C, dAV-Cr), acoustic transmitters (dAV-T), and intercoms
(dAV-TRX). A 16 x 16 A/V switch matrix with LC-display, as well as
two loudspeakers are integrated by default. With the remote
control at the front of the receiver you can control the functions
of the camera and move the pan/tilt unit. VGA outputs and external
control desks (max. 2 can be connected) are available on demand.

dAV Quad 4k / multiviewer
The dAV-Quad-4K
is designed as an add-on to our dAV camera system to be able to
combine up to 4 Full-HD video channels and display it on one 4K30p
screen. With its different output options, it can be used to either
just display the video signal without loss in resolution, forward it
to a grabber card or use an optical forwarding output to display the
combined output at a different location further away.

HD-recorder
dAV-R option -HDrec The recorder serves the purpose of digital recording of a HD audio and
video channel. The system can be operated completely via Windows 7 / 8
/ 10.
The dAV-recorder can be ordered in
different options:
• 19" case
with Streamer/Recorder and external HDD, without PC
• Desktop/Tower/19″-PC with integrated
grabber card
PT-02/03
Pan/Tilt Unit
The PT-02/03 Pan/Tilt Unit supports all
dAV cameras and can be controlled via the dAV-Cr
receiver. The PT-02/03 Pan/Tilt unit is powered by the dAV
camera, so further wiring is not necessary.
The end stops can be set by buttons at
the Pan/Tilt unit (e.g. if the camera would crash into something when
moved). The PT-02/03 Pan/Tilt
Unit is connected to the dAV camera by an integrated tripod socket.

The
camera, which is mounted on the pan/tilt unit PT-03, is supplied by
the Battery Pack. With the help of the external display ED-43, the
camera can be comfortably set up.
Option -HiRF for the dAV-CR-HD Camera and PT-02/03 Pan/Tilt Unit
With the option -HiRF, a
dAV camera and PT-02/03 Pan/Tilt Unit are upgraded to operated in very
high field strengths and frequencies. The dAV Camera and PT-02/03
Pan/Tilt Unit are equipped with additional screws and special cables
for a high immunity: >> 600V/m up to 40GHz.
dAV-Rrc-Joy and
dAV-Rrc-Joy-matrix Joysticks
Remotely control up to 8
or 16 cameras with the dAV-Rrc-Joy or dAV-Rrc-Joy-matrix (dAV-Cr
receiver required).
Twist the joystick to
zoom the camera (tele/wide), push forward and backward for moving the
pan/tilt in the y-axis, turn left or right for the x-axis. The
dAV-Rrc-Joy and dAV-Rrc-Joy Matrix are powered by the dAV-Cr
receiver, so no additional power supply is necessary.
LE-LED - LED
Lighting System for your Chamber!
Low emission ALC LED light with 2-4
spots and approx. 75W (LE-LED 75) or 150W (LE-LED 150) LED power, that
can be used to easily exchange existing 120V or 230V chamber lights
(halogen lights) without the need of new filters or other electrical
installation. 4 adjustable (one axis) full metal head LED spots single
powered by a toroid core transformer in a full metal shield housing.
With the shielded case, the LED light is well equipped for EMI and EME
tests and proved this in many tests.

dAV-Quad-4k / multiviewer
The dAV-Quad-4K displays
4 Full-HD video channels on one 4K30p screen. With its different

WCM40 Wall mount
The wall mount WCM40 can be fixed to the
walls with the help of screws. On the upper level a camera with
pan/tilt unit can be placed, on the lower level e.g. the loudspeaker
of our intercom system dAV-TRX-PS.
The length of the wall mount is
customized, since a short version is sufficient for an anechoic
chamber with ferrite tiles. For an EMC chamber with pyramid absorbers
the longer version of the wall mount is necessary. If drill holes and
the mounting plate is known, we can adapt to these values.

The platforms of our
Monopod are completely made of wood, the vertically adjustable pole is
made of glass fibers. The board on which the camera and the pan/tilt
unit are mounted, can be removed easily by pulling the splint. By
default, the Monopod comes with fell gliders, ball rollers integrated
into the pedestal are optional (only fit for even surfaces). With the
help of a quick release clamp mounted on the camera or the pan/tilt
unit, the system is set up fast. In addition, the Monopod can be
disassembled completely for storage and transpiration.

Flexible Tripod
The flexible tripod is particularly
suitable for our dAV-Cr-HD-µ-camera, since it can be mounted on head
rests or steering wheels and it takes up little space.
HM - Headrest Mount
The camera AV-C as well as the external
batteries can be fixed on the camera holder HM. The visible area of
the camera can be adjusted by the provided 2D Panoramic Head. The
holder itself is fixed at the head rest of a vehicle with a wing bolt
and a counter support. In order to minimize vibrations, an additional
support to the backrest can be installed.
SB - Seatbox
As an alternative to the
camera holder, the "seatbox" SB is available. It is simply put on the
car seat. As is the case with the camera holder, the camera and its
batteries are also mounted by the help of a 2D Panoramic Head and a
Velcro tape. The height and the angle of the board can be adjusted
with the help of a wooden peg.
SBtc - Seatbox Special
Up to 6 cameras and
Pan/tilt units can be mounted on the "seatbox special", the battery
packs can be stored in the compartments and are fixed with Velcro
stripes. In addition, the holes at the two sides of the seatbox are
for easy transportation.
dAV Provides the Digital Transmission of
Analog A/V Signals
The dAV series provides the digital and
optical transmission of camera signals (dAV-C). In
addition, the dAV-TRX intercom provides for the transmission of analog
audio and/or video signals uni- or bidirectionally.
Fields of application are e.g. the
acoustical monitoring of an engine speed or surveillance of an audio
or video system in immunity tests. The main unit dAV is thus equipped
with different options. The dimensions of the housing depends on the
options chosen.

A typical configuration is the
unidirectional transmission of audio and video signals with the
version dAV option -a and dAV option -v. The resulting transmitter

New Intercom System - dAV-TRX-DSP
In addition to our well-known intercom system
dAV-TRX, there is now the extended version
dAV-TRX-DSP. By using state-of-the-art digital signal processors,
the
dAV-TRX-DSP enables half-duplex operation, i.e. speaking in both
directions without operating a button or switch. The dAV-TRX-DSP
system is used for the bidirectional optical transmission of voices
during EMC tests (half duplex intercom). One transceiver is equipped
with built-in batteries for mobile use (inside ALC), the second one is
powered with an external power supply. Fields of application are the
acoustic monitoring of A/V devices, engines or radios and the use as
an hands free intercom system for absorber lined chambers. The device
can stay in the chamber during the tests.

dAV-TRX Intercom
The dAV-TRX system is used for the
bidirectional optical transmission of AV signals at EMC tests
(intercom). The dAV-TRX transceivers have an integrated microphone, a
connector for an external microphone, for line IN and OUT (stereo),
for video IN and OUT, and for an external (passive) loudspeaker
(optional).
Fields of application are the
acoustic (and optional optical) monitoring of A/V devices, engines
or radios and the use as an intercom system for absorber lined
chambers. The device can stay in the chamber during the tests.
